SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES
Every piece in this shop is made with care and calls for particular attention when it is packed and shipped. Shipping is an integral part of the process, ensuring that your piece arrives in perfect condition.
Order preparation
Orders are prepared within 2 to 7 working days, depending on the nature of the piece:

In-stock pieces : shipped within 2 to 5 working days

Limited-edition pieces or pieces requiring a specific finish : up to 7 working days
Each piece is carefully packed with materials suited to fragile objects.
Shipping methods
Depending on the destination and the nature of the order, shipping includes:

a tracking number

a signature on delivery

a level of insurance suited to the value of the piece
Delivery times

Mainland France : 1 to 2 working days after shipping

Europe : 3 to 5 working days

International : 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination
These lead times are given as a guide and may vary during busy periods or due to customs formalities.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to:

the size and weight of the piece

the destination
They include parcel insurance.
Important information

Any customs duties or local taxes for shipments outside the European Union are payable by the customer.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Every piece in this shop is made with care and carefully inspected before shipping. Because of the handcrafted nature of the pieces, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, for in-stock pieces only, provided they are not personalised or made to order.
For any return request, please contact us by email before sending anything back so that we can give you the necessary instructions.
Return conditions
Pieces must be:

returned in their original condition
-
sent back in their original packaging, with all the protective materials provided

shipped with tracking and a level of insurance suited to the value of the piece
Return shipping costs are payable by the customer.
Pieces returned damaged, incomplete or poorly protected cannot be refunded.
Pieces excluded from returns
Due to their nature, the following pieces can be neither returned nor exchanged :

pieces that are personalised
Refunds
Once the piece has been received and its condition checked, the refund is issued within 7 to 14 working days, using the payment method used for the order.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the event of a proven error or defect.
Damaged piece or problem on receipt
If your parcel arrives damaged or the piece has a defect:

please contact us within 48 hours of receipt attaching photos of the piece and its packaging
Each situation will be looked at carefully in order to find a suitable solution (exchange, repair or refund, as appropriate).
An important note
The pieces offered in this shop are handcrafted. Slight variations in shape, texture or colour may occur and are an integral part of each piece’s identity. They cannot be considered defects.
